Los Angeles, Oct. 10, 2025 – The demigods’ odyssey crashes to a mythic climax with Blood of Olympus, Disney’s long-teased cinematic adaptation of Rick Riordan’s pulse-pounding finale to The Heroes of Olympus series, storming theaters on July 18, 2025. Directed by Percy Jackson and the Olympians helmer James Bobin, this live-action epic fuses the YA author’s 2014 bestseller with the Disney+ series’ momentum, grossing over $500 million across two seasons and priming fans for the ultimate showdown against Gaea herself.
Picking up from the series’ Greek-Roman rift, the film catapults the Prophecy of Seven – Percy (Walker Scobell, channeling the snark of Logan Lerman’s OG), Annabeth (Leah Jeffries), Jason (Xavier Allen), and their hybrid crew – into a do-or-die quest to avert apocalypse.
