The buzz is already lit — Dwayne Johnson steps back into the [anti-]hero mantle as Black Adam, joined by Henry Cavill and Jason Momoa in what promises to be an electrifying sequel.
In this darker, grander chapter, magic collides with might, loyalty fractures under ambition, and the line between savior and tyrant blurs.
Johnson’s presence is magnetic — his swagger, his raw power, his haunted past — he carries every frame on his shoulders.
Cavill brings gravitas as Superman, playing the cosmic counterbalance to Adam’s unchecked fury.
Momoa, the wild card, crashes into the story with tidal force — unpredictable, fierce, unforgettable.
Visually, Black Adam 2 promises opulence: cathedrals of lightning, battles that rend the sky, and effects that make galaxies tremble.
But the heart of it lies in conflict: can a god learn humility? Can revenge redeem? Or does absolute power corrupt absolutely?
If the first film looked like a myth in motion, this sequel aims to feel like a war — inside and out. 
Where the original faltered — shallow motivation, uneven pacing — here, I’m hoping for sharper stakes, deeper souls, and no filler.
Verdict (tentative): 9/10 — bold, bombastic, emotional, and unapologetic.
